Senior Academic All-Ohio

The following requirements must be met:

1. Nominating Head Coach must be a current OHSBCA member

2. Player must be graduating Senior

3. Player must have a 7 semester unweighted GPA of at least 3.25 or 5 semesters if early grad

4. This completed Nomination form must agree that information is correct or be subject to penalty of losing nomination privileges in the future.

5. Complete a seperate form for each nomination
